Hi bloggers today i made a poster about Lorde. it was the first activity summer learning journey. Mrs morgan helped me and the hole class with our lorde posters. We had to use google drawings and the explore tool on our poster.   Here is my lorde poster.

this is my collage for new zealand.

HI Bloggers last week i made a collage for  New Zealand. I decided to make a kiwi. But it was quite hard to make it because we have to use textures we could not just use solid colours. To make the textures into shapes we had to use the mask image tool on our drive. Hi bloggers today we have done a Biteable about the story we read at reading. We had the choose to use Screencastify Venngage or Biteable I made a biteable to share my favourite part about the story the name of the book was Bumpus Jumpus Dinosaurumpus. WINTER FUN DAY!!

on winter fun day i went skiing for my first time.  on the way up i got McDonald's. i got a chocolate milkshake and a hash brown. when we got to the top of the mountain we put our gear on. we got out of the car and headed off to the place were the school was. i walked up the snowy hill and ran towards the school. i sat down with the school on the benches. and went to get my skis and boots. i walked into the building and saw all of the skis and helmets. i went up to the counter and asked for size 1 boots. i got my boots and went to get skis and a helmet i got tiny skis and a small helmet. i did my lesson then went up the chairlift / highway 72. we got on the chairlift and waited to get off i got off and skied down the mountain with my dad. we got to the bottom and keeped going over and over until we had to go.

today mis morgan showed us a new programme called venngage we had a small amount of time to make a poster about our favourite things. Mine is finished now. Let me know what you think i could do to make it better in the comments below...

Hello Taylor

today we recorded to our buddy's from a different school it was fun recording with screencastify. we had to talk about what we liked and our name also our buddies name.

when I went to motorcross

Hello I am going to tell you some amazing stuff about when I went to the Darfield motocross in the weekend. When we got to motocross we went to sign in so the people that run the motocross track know we are there.

We had to show the people our helmets so they can check if it will protect out head if you crash. We went back to the trailer to put some of our gear on. We don't put all of our gear on because you have to go to riders briefing so you know what to do and what the flags mean. 

We went back to out car and trailer to put the rest of our gear on so we could race. My brother's race was up first so he had to get ready quickly so he did not get left behind. We have to put a lot of gear on so we are safe you have to have motocross boots, motocross pants, motocross gloves, knee pads, elbow pads, motocross t-shirt, and a helmet. my brother was ready to go out and race.


I went down to watch my brother race. He had a good start then he went down the first strait in 15th place out of 23 people. He got to the 1st corner in 16th place because someone passed him. He dropped down a hill then went over a jump. He got passed again that put him in 17th place. There was another person right behind him he got passed again and he was in 18th place. Then he finished. he came out of the track and went back to the trailer.

when we made a poster we had to make a positive thoughtful helpful poster with a question and a greeting. our posters had to be colorful and bright but not to bright so you can still read it easily.
