The New Zealand Warriors

Today I am going to be telling you about when the New Zealand Warriors visiting our school. They came yesterday the 2 people the came where Junior and June. There was 1 boy and 1 girl the girl was June and the boy was Junior.

 The New Zealand Warriors are a NRL team. They gave heaps of stuff out but sadly I didn't get anything. After they finished talking me and all my friends got picked to do some rugby drills. 

The first drill was. You have to get a buddy and then stand on each side of a line. The person coaching the drill calls a body part to touch you have to touch that body part if they say cone then you grab the cone. The first one to grab the cone gets a point. You can do as many rounds as you want and at the end the person with the most points wins. 

After that drill we put rips on and then played ball rush with them. The rules for ball rush are there is 1 or more people in the middle that's stands on the middle line and everyone else has to go onto one of the lines and they all have to be on the same line. After everyone is ready the person in the middle calls something out like if you have white on your shoes. If you have white on your shoes you have to run to the other side of the court without getting ripped and the person in the middle has to try and get to the middle of the court while the people in the middle are trying to get you. My friend Jayden was in the middle he called if you are wearing a jacket I was wearing a jacket so I ran and tried to get to the other side but he got me on the first round then we got everyone else and we had to go back to class. So we took our rips off and ran back to class

Today I am going to be telling you about 1 of my reading follow up works this week. It is called a Venn diagram you have to write your name and a sibling or parents name on one side of the diagram and your name on the other side. There is 2 circles and your write what is different about you and your parent or sibling in the circle closet to your name, whats the same in the middle circle and what is different about your brother in the last one.

Winter Sport

Today I am going to be telling you about winter sport last week it was ripper rugby. We vs Wigram at Hornby High School. At the start of the game we kicked off so they got the ball first they scored but then we got the ball next and scored so it was even. At half time it was a tie we ended up winning the game and then went back to school. I scored 2 tries.
